Summer Space Camp Fun

Two years ago, Chadron Public Schools received a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) grant from the State of Nebraska.  The Nebraska BLAST program was implemented last year with a focus on space and continued this school year with an emphasis on robotics.

Below is a short video of two students enjoying the summer camp that was made possible by this grant.  These students are in the Multi-Access Trainer which is used by NASA when they train astronauts to simulate zero gravity.  This is just one example of the fun and engaging activities that the summer camp has offered the 29 Chadron Middle School students that participated.
